Uneaten Matters is a food waste movement
Based in Sydney we are hungry to help young peeps turn leftovers & uneaten food into delicious, #foodporn dishes.
18-24 yr olds represent the highest food wasters both in value and volume in Australia. Making up nearly one third of household food waste, leftovers account for $650 million worth of waste per year in NSW. That’s equivalent to buying 10 Big Mac meals everyday for 19 THOUSAND years…
There’s no doubt that our love of food is real, so we should embrace all the things in our fridge.
Take the big step and say ‘olive you’ to your food – Don’t waste it, plate it!
